Thinkers Distillery

Nestled in the historic heart of Jerusalem, Thinkers Distillery stands as a sanctuary for those who appreciate the intersection of heritage and innovation. Founded by veterans who transitioned from the discipline and camaraderie of military service to the precise art of distillation, our distillery is a testament to the idea that great things are born when sharp minds meet soul-stirring spirits. We view the craft of distilling not just as a manufacturing process, but as an intellectual pursuit—a way to marry the ancient, storied landscape of Israel with modern techniques to create flavors that are as bold as they are refined.

Beyond the glass, Thinkers Distillery is defined by an enduring commitment to our community and those who have served alongside us. Our space serves as a gathering point for local neighbors and visitors alike, fostering an atmosphere where conversation flows as easily as our spirits. By channeling the values of integrity, resilience, and curiosity instilled during our time in uniform, we aim to offer more than just a premium beverage; we provide a space for connection and thoughtful reflection. Every bottle we produce is a celebration of our journey, the spirit of Jerusalem, and the unwavering belief that the best stories are shared among friends.
