New Scotland Spirits

Nestled in the historic heart of Albany, New York, New Scotland Spirits is more than a craft distillery; it is a tribute to the resilient spirit of our community and the dedication of those who have served our country. Founded by veterans who carry the discipline and precision of their military service into every bottle, our distillery bridges the gap between old-world traditions and modern craftsmanship. We draw inspiration from the rugged landscapes of the Northeast to produce small-batch spirits that honor the past while defining a new standard for quality in the Capital Region.

Our commitment to excellence goes far beyond the glass. At New Scotland Spirits, we believe that the best stories are shared over a great drink, and we pride ourselves on being a gathering place where neighbors, friends, and fellow veterans can connect. By sourcing local ingredients and partnering with regional growers, we strive to make a positive impact on the New York economy while fostering a culture of camaraderie. Whether you are enjoying a classic pour or exploring one of our experimental releases, you are supporting a mission built on integrity, service, and a deep-rooted passion for the craft.
