Harrison Justice

Founded in 2026, Harrison Justice is a craft distillery rooted in the historic spirit and welcoming charm of Waterloo, Illinois. As a veteran-owned business, our foundation is built upon the core values of integrity, service, and an unwavering commitment to quality. We believe that the best stories are shared over a glass, and we take pride in crafting premium spirits that honor the traditions of our craft while pushing the boundaries of flavor to create something truly exceptional for our patrons.

Our mission extends far beyond the bottle, as we aim to serve as a cornerstone of the Waterloo community. Harrison Justice was born from a desire to create a space that fosters genuine connection and celebrates the camaraderie forged through shared experiences. By supporting local agriculture and giving back to the service community that shaped our vision, we strive to make a lasting, positive impact on our neighbors and friends.
