Ginkins Distillery

Nestled in the heart of Louisville, Kentucky, Ginkins Distillery was born in 2023 from a deep appreciation for the time-honored traditions of spirit craft and a profound respect for those who serve our country. As a veteran-allied business, our foundation is built on the same values of discipline, integrity, and camaraderie that define the men and women of our armed forces. We believe that a great bottle of bourbon or a finely crafted spirit is more than just a drink; it is a catalyst for conversation, a reward for hard work, and a centerpiece for the stories that bring us all closer together.

Our commitment goes beyond the still. By partnering with veteran organizations and actively fostering a supportive environment, we aim to ensure that our distillery serves as a dedicated space for community connection and gratitude. Whether you are a local enthusiast or a visitor passing through Kentucky, every pour at Ginkins Distillery is an invitation to share in our journey. We are proud to honor the sacrifices of our veterans while crafting exceptional spirits that reflect the spirit, grit, and warmth of our home in Louisville.
