Defiant Whisky

Deep in the heart of Golden Valley, North Carolina, Blue Ridge Distilling Co. crafts Defiant Whisky with a spirit as rugged and resilient as the landscape itself. We believe that true character is forged through patience and a refusal to compromise, which is why we produce a premium single malt whisky that honors traditional methods while embracing a bold, innovative approach. Every bottle reflects our deep roots in Bostic, drawing inspiration from the pristine waters and mountain air of the Blue Ridge foothills to create a flavor profile that is both complex and exceptionally smooth.

As a veteran-owned distillery, Defiant Whisky is built upon the values of service, camaraderie, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Our craft is more than just distillation; it is a tribute to the community that supports us and the veterans who have stood on the front lines to protect our way of life. We are proud to foster a space where stories are shared and bonds are strengthened over a glass of high-quality spirits. Whether you are savoring a pour by the fire or sharing a drink with friends, we invite you to experience a whisky that stands tall, remains authentic, and always embodies the defiant spirit of those who refuse to settle for anything less than the best. Please drink responsibly.
