Checkerspot Brewing Company

At Checkerspot Brewing Company, we believe that great beer is built on a foundation of service, integrity, and community. Nestled in the heart of Baltimore, our brewery was born from a desire to create a welcoming space where neighbors become friends and every pint tells a story. As a veteran-owned business, we approach the craft of brewing with the same discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that defined our years in uniform. We take pride in our roots, honoring the camaraderie of the military experience by fostering an environment that values inclusivity and connection.

Our commitment goes beyond the taproom, as we aim to be a vibrant pulse within the Baltimore community. We view our brewery as more than just a destination for craft beer; it is a gathering place where local culture thrives and meaningful relationships are forged. By sourcing high-quality ingredients and supporting local initiatives, we strive to make a positive impact on the city we are proud to call home. Whether you are a lifelong Baltimorean or just passing through, we invite you to pull up a stool, share a conversation, and enjoy a brew crafted with heart, history, and a deep respect for those who serve.
