Adhesive Compounders Inc.

Adhesive Compounders Inc. (ACI) has been a pillar of community and craftsmanship in Des Moines, Iowa, since its founding in 1971. As a proud Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), ACI honors the commitment and sacrifice of its leadership—veterans who have dedicated their lives to serving their country. This unique designation is not just a badge of honor; it opens doors to federal and state contracting opportunities that allow us to bring innovative, high-quality products to the craft beverage and food industries across the nation. With a steadfast focus on operational excellence, we embody the values of discipline, integrity, and service that stem from our military roots, ensuring that each batch we produce meets the highest standards.

At ACI, we believe in making a difference not just through our products but also by uplifting our community. Our connection to the veteran community runs deep, and we are passionate about creating opportunities for fellow veterans, providing jobs, training, and support to those who have served. By partnering with local organizations and participating in community initiatives, we strive to give back to those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. Every sip of a craft beverage or bite of artisan food made with our ingredients is a tribute to the spirit of service, resilience, and camaraderie that defines both our company and the veterans we serve. At Adhesive Compounders Inc., we are more than just a supplier; we are a proud part of a larger mission to empower and connect through quality, craftsmanship, and community spirit.
